Can I connect to the IP address of your SMTP relay server?
We very strongly recommend you only connect to our service using the standard SMTP hostname:
mail.authsmtp.com
Connecting to the IP address is not a supported configuration - although it is unlikely we would need to change IP addresses - it is possible!
