I get a 'not authorized to send' error message?

All from addresses have to be pre-authorized on your account before you can send emails from them.

To authorize addresses for use with your AuthSMTP account you need to login to the AuthSMTP Control Panel, click 'From Addresses' in the left-hand navigation and click 'Add Address' or 'Add Domain'.

If you still get these errors after correctly authorizing your email addresses please check that the email address configured in your email program does not have any additional characters before or after the email address - for instance it should just be something like:

[email protected]
  [email protected]
Has a space at start or end of email address
'[email protected]'
Has extra characters before or after email address
