Microsoft Office 365 - Exchange Online - SMTP Connector Smarthost

The online version of Microsoft Exchange ( https://login.microsoftonline.com ) does not support SMTP send connectors using a username / password authenticated SMTP Smart Host so will not currently work with AuthSMTP.
