AuthSMTP scans outgoing messages for viruses and other bad content. If they are detected the message will be blocked and returned to you with an explanation so that the recipient does not receive it.

Why would I want to duplicate my outgoing email?

You can optionally enable email duplication so that any emails you send through AuthSMTP are duplicated to an email address of your choice - the main purpose of this feature is so that you can keep a backup of messages that you send.

Can you stop my emails being blacklisted and / or going to the spam folder?

AuthSMTP can help with many of the common causes of poor deliverability - we monitor various third party blacklists, are signed up to many ISP feedback loop services and all our servers have correct / valid DNS and reverse DNS entries. We can also provide specific advice on your emails to help resolve other /content related issues.
