I cannot login to the Control Panel?
Ensure that both 'Javascript' and 'Cookies' are enabled for your web browser and firewall / anti-virus software.

We offer two different ways to login - if you have problems with the 'Secure Login' try the 'Standard Login' instead:


Ensure you have logged out of any previous Control Panel session by clicking Log Out - then close all copies of your web browser and try to Log In again.

Try using a different web browser (if you have one - for instance Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox etc.) or on a different computer.

If these have not solved the problem then contact us - be sure to include all of the following information:

  • Your username.
  • Any error message(s) or error code(s).
  • The time and date the error occured.
  • The web browser and version you are using (i.e. Internet Explorer 6.0).
  • Whether you were using the 'secure' or 'standard' login pages.
