Do you offer telephone support?

We do not offer telephone based support as for the great majority of users it is not required - doing so would increase our costs and result in significantly higher prices for all users.

Instead we publish a great deal of detailed information online and aim to reply to all enquiries received via email or online web forms as quickly as possible.

AuthSMTP provide detailed usage and logging via our Control Panel - so almost everything you need to know or do with your account is available 'live' and online.
