AuthSMTP can provide reliable submission, managed delivery infrastructure and technical guidance. It cannot instruct a recipient system to place a message in a particular folder or override a user's block rule.
Focus on controllable factors
- Clear permission and current list data.
- Aligned SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Stable sending identity and volume.
- Low complaints and disciplined bounce handling.
- Relevant, accessible and correctly formatted content.
- Testing and provider-specific monitoring.
A message may be delivered successfully at SMTP level but later categorised, quarantined or moved by local processing. Diagnose persistent patterns using complete headers, SMTP responses and controlled comparison messages—not assumptions based on one mailbox.
Treat inbox placement as an outcome to monitor and improve, not a result any SMTP provider can guarantee.
Define separate operational measures for SMTP delivery, authentication, inbox placement, engagement and complaints so one number is not treated as proof of all five.
