We take SPAM and email abuse very seriously - all activity is logged and any abuse will be reported to relevant ISP's and police / law enforcement authorities.
To further prevent abuse all AuthSMTP (authenticated SMTP mail relay) accounts will only be allowed to send up to 30 email messages (with a total size of up to 15MB) until we have completed further verification checks.
These checks usually only take a few hours - if your account has reached this limit or you have any questions contact us.
